Frank Marinko
My approach to coaching is all about inventing and fulfilling possibilities that are created out of nothing. I believe that life is inherently empty and meaningless, and it's only through our own creation that we can bring meaning and purpose to our lives. To create something new, we must first establish a "clearing" - a blank canvas on which to paint our vision. This involves distinguishing the filters and ways of being that are based in our past experiences and limiting beliefs. Once we've recognized and cleared these obstacles, we can then invent new possibilities that are free from the constraints of the past. To fulfil on these possibilities, we create a structure for fulfilment - a plan that will bring our vision to life in a concrete, tangible, and measurable way. This structure may involve elements that are outside the scope of traditional planning, such as seeking support or establishing new habits and routines that will enable us to achieve our goals. My coaching is based on the principles of Landmark Education, Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers and Werner Erhard, a powerful methodology that helps individuals break free from limiting beliefs and achieve their full potential. Through my coaching, I'll help you establish a clearing, invent new possibilities, and create a structure for fulfilment that will bring your vision to life. Joost deLangen
Joost is a practising Professional Certified Coach, a gentleman farmer, conservationist, husband, father and experienced ice swimmer who has lived in Australia for twenty years and now lives in The Netherlands with his wife Christien and daughter Maartje. He specializes in empowering others to lead fulfilling and powerful lives by discussing his experiences with parents with dementia and euthanasia. Joost has experienced the slow death of his father and planned death of his mother and is highly attuned to the stress and anxiety that End of Life Care and Final Wishes can cause without proper planning.
Shakti Ghosal
Shakti is a practising Professional Certified Coach and Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore) and the Managing Director of a Leadership collective operating as Empathinko India, an organisation committed to causing empathic Leadership in organisations. Shakti lives in Kolkata with his wife Sanchita.
Bhaskar Basu, Website Architect
Bhaskar is a University B.Sc. graduate from the North Bengal University of Bangalore WB India. He owns and operates a successful consultancy company Insig Consulting in Kolkata. He takes care of all of our database, software, website and security arrangements. Bhaskar has also dealt with the prolonged illness and loss of loved ones, which had a profound effect on him.
